About Waterstone Bank – From 1921 through May 2008, WaterStone Bank was known primarily as Wauwatosa Savings Bank. The bank experienced quite a bit of growth throughout the years leading up to 2008, both in new branch offices and in additional product lines. Doug Gordon, President and CEO of WaterStone stated, “A name change is necessary to better reflect what we are now, and what we plan to be in the future.” On May 19, 2008, Wauwatosa Savings Bank became WaterStone Bank, SSB.


Since 1921 WaterStone has served local communities as a financial institution known for its tradition of stability and community involvement. About Us – Tucker Cusick.

Tucker started his Real Estate Career in as a Commercial Real Estate In California. While Relocating his wife, and two daughters to Fort Collins, Tucker decided to move into the Residential side of Real Estate. It was then, working with new buyers and seeing the challenges they were going through in obtaining financing on their Homes,and coming to the closing table “confused” by the Mortgage Loan Process Tucker decided to move over to the Mortgage Market, and help his clients out by fully educating them on the Mortgage Loan Process.

Tucker has over 9 years of combined Real Estate experience. His experience has been able to help his clients find the best programs that fit their needs when buying or refinancing their home Mortgages.

Tucker lives and works in Fort Collins and believes this is the BEST place to live.
